on commit/release/expiry

Hi,

 

 

I want to use the "on commit", "on release" and "on expiry" events to
keep our DNS server up to date (using ns-update (DDNS)).

 

All our clients are configured with a fixed-address.

But the "release" and "expriy" events are not triggered for clients
configured with a fixed-address.

 

Is there any way to work around this (and also trigger the
release/expiry events for "fixed-address" clients)?

 

 

By the way, is there any manual available on the syntax for event
scripts within the dhcpd.conf file?
