dhcp and 2007 daylight saving time change

The leases file keeps everything in GMT so I do not expect any issues
with DHCP
The logs are syslog timestamped.

Hello,
We are running ISC dhcpd v. 3.0.2.
Does anything have to be done with dhcpd to deal with the 2007 daylight
saving time changes?

I searched the archives but didn't see anything.
