Have you already looked at the 'ms2isc' bits in contrib/ms2isc in
any release of ISC DHCP since about 3.0.1 sometime?

Those bits were provided to us by Shu-Min Chiang of the Intel
Corporation.  I've never used them so I don't know if it answers
the query or not.
