resolving problem

Hi
 

 

I have 2 caching DNS servers.

When query a domain through dig command it takes a long time to resolving;
sometimes the Total query time exceed 12000 ms as shown below

I would like to note that we don't have a connection problem, or packet
loss.

Could anyone help to know the reason of this delay in resolving and how we
can reduce it to a few milliseconds?
