i m continously receiving mails from this unknown IP

	Firstly what does this have to do with BIND?  This mailing
	list / newsgroup is about how to operate BIND.  You are
	effectively spaming us to complain about spam.

	Secondly there are tools like whois that can tell you where
	to report the abuse to.  If you don't know how to do that
	then report the abuse to your ISP as they will/should know
	how to use these tools.
