DNS zone to host only certain records & forward other requests to other DNS Servers.

It's unclear whether you are asking a question about name resolution
or network routing. Is a different IP addresses used for
www.partner.com when it is accessed via the private network connection?

If it is, one approach would be to define on your primary, internal
master name server a zone file for www.partner.com that contains an A
record for the IP address used to access the system over the private
network connection. Have all of your internal name servers pull this
zone from the master name server.

If not, you will need to define host routes in your routers to route
the traffic over the private network connection.
