Hello,

I think the probelm is with the transcontinental.ca itself. I checked the
domain and there is no PTR record for it. I tried to ping transcontinental.ca
and also www.transcontinental.ca from here (Saudi Arabia) and I got an error
saying "Bad IP Address" but the Ping from the Web (dnsstuff.com) showed some
response!!.

The records I have found for this domain are:

transcontinental.ca. MX IN 31806 mail.transcontinental.ca. [10]
transcontinental.ca. MX IN 31806 smtp.transcontinental.ca. [5]
transcontinental.ca. NS IN 31805 pluton.transcontinental.ca.
transcontinental.ca. NS IN 31805 andromede.transcontinental.ca.
mail.transcontinental.ca. A IN 23479 207.107.246.7
smtp.transcontinental.ca. A IN 20487 207.107.246.40
pluton.transcontinental.ca. A IN 79887 207.107.246.34
andromede.transcontinental.ca. A IN 67779 207.107.246.35
