DNS servers not picking up delegation change

	What you should have done is.

	* Make the the old servers slaves to the new master. Add the new
	  NS records for the new servers.  Adjust SOA MNAME to reflect this
	  change.
	* Inform the parent of the current (interum) NS RRset.
	* Wait for all the parent servers to reflect this change and the
	  TTLs to have expired on the original NS RRset (parent and child
	  TTLs).
	* Remove the old nameserver from the zone.
	* Inform the parent of the current NS RRset.
	* Wait for all the parent servers to reflect this change ant
	  the TTLs to have expired on the interum NS RRset (parent and child
	  TTLs).
	* Turn off the old servers.

	This way the parent server always have glue for the some of the
	servers for the zone.
