Propagate new slave

Yesterday, I updated my DNS settings with NetworkSolutions, to make my own
(new) DNS server as primary and my ISP as secondary. DNS seems to be working
fine behind my firewall, but is not seen yet on the outside. I checked this
by using www.safeweb.com (cool tool). Safeweb returns "DNS cache not
available." My master is www.policing.net. My intent is to add a server
named g4 (g4.policing.net). Do I need to add a second master for
g4.policing.net? Or ? ....or do I need to be patient and wait for
propagation through the net?
