BIND sometimes doesnt return additional recs when querying SOA ?

From looking at your queries, it seems to me that the subdomains
don't have SOA records associated with them. If you can share with
us the real domain names, and real IP addresses of the servers in
question, we might be able to help you by running standard DNS
debugging tools like "doc", "dnswalk", "DNS Expert", etc... and then
help you interpret their output.
