	The parent zone does not need to know which machine is master and
	which is slave.  They only need to know which machines are going
	to be serving the zone regardless of whether they are configured
	as a slave or a master.

	If you want to edit data on a machine that is not listed with the
	parent at all that is a valid configuration (stealth master).  You
	can move the master between listed nameserver whenever you like
	without informing the parent zone.  The *only* time you need to
	inform the parent zone is when the set of nameservers officially
	serving the zone (in NS records) changes or if the IP addresses of
	those server changes and there is glue stored for them in the parent
	zone.
