this is way off topic for the bind list but it does relate to the general
issues of handicapped accessibility in the system administration context of
which bind is only one facet.

Despite assertions to the contrary, Unix/Linux is much more handicapped
hostile than anyone wants to admit.  There are many barriers to handicapped
accessibility, the least of which are technical.  The various attempts at
making like handicapped friendly would be comical if the topic weren't so
important.
