Regarding dhcp server behavior (Eugene Grosbein)

Thanks Eugene for your reply.

I do have that subnet on in my configuration file.
Relay is running on 10.10.10.10/24, and following is the configuration file.
Config file :
subnet 20.20.20.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
        range 20.20.20.100 20.20.20.200;
}
subnet 10.10.10.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
        range 10.10.10.100 10.10.10.200;
}

subnet 30.30.30.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
}

With the same configuration, If Server is running on enp0s3 (20.20.20.22/24), things starts working.
