OMAPI usage for DHCP client

Through OMAPI also I am not sure how to add interface dynamically,
And also I don't know any other methods.

Are their any methods or OMAPI is only supported for "control" object only?

Are their any methods to add things dynamically without restarting?

As of now using OMAPI I was able to do only shutdown, hibernate and restarting of DHCP client.

It's not possible to do other things like interface addition/deletion etc.. through OMAPI.

Even am not sure is their  possible to do run time config + interface addition, deletion etc. from omapi ? so if not possible are their any
Better methods to the same.
