ISC DHCP site specific options

Hi Daniel,

It didn't like the Declaration: and Setting:

/var/lib/dhcp//etc/dhcpd.conf line 49: semicolon expected.
Declaration:
             ^
/var/lib/dhcp//etc/dhcpd.conf line 50: semicolon expected.
Setting:

So I did Declaration; and Setting; it did not complain, but neither did 
I see the value for my_remote_server in the env settings.
