Update:

I removed all leases on /var/lib/dhcp/
then restart dhclient

It can receive info from server normally :)

Now the issue is, how to send the PD to RADVD (to annocement the host) ?

Maybe I should modify pd-script(dhclient-script) and set delay to
RADVD(just as www.ipcalypse.ca/?p=204 ?)
I don't know how to...
