stats facility in ISC DHCP-4.2.3??

Hi,
                Is there any facility available in ISC DHCP-4.2.3 code to get the number of DISCOVER , OFFER , REQUEST , ACK messages  happened between client and server?
                I would like to know this kind of status available in ISC code.
                Is they stored in any structure or file something?
                Please let me know.
