So I checked the dhcpd log in messages file:

The lines are: (so the dhcpd was restarted by me)
Mar 24 10:43:23 wspc7 dhcpd: Listening on Socket/eth0/192.168.52.0/24
Mar 24 10:43:23 wspc7 dhcpd: Sending on Socket/eth0/192.168.52.0/24

The next lines are:
Mar 24 11:00:26 wspc7 dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 60:d8:19:4d:3d:5e via eth0
Mar 24 11:00:26 wspc7 dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 192.168.52.100 to 60:d8:19:4d:3d:5e vi
a eth0
Mar 24 11:00:26 wspc7 dhcpd: DHCPREQUEST for 192.168.52.100 (192.168.52.30) from
 60:d8:19:4d:3d:5e via eth0
Mar 24 11:00:26 wspc7 dhcpd: DHCPACK on 192.168.52.100 to 60:d8:19:4d:3d:5e via
eth0

Before the good offer was choosed I changed the previous IP of the
printer from the
menu because always asked the wrong IP (.187) and not my fixed IP (.100).

And yes, here is the problem with DD-WRT:
171 root 808 S dnsmasq --conf-file=/tmp/dnsmasq.conf
  185 root 696 S udhcpc -i vlan1 -p /var/run/udhcpc.pid -s /tmp/udhcpc

I remembered wrong. The DHCP server was enabled. The address space started
from .170 and 50 "users" long.

Sorry for my stupidity.

TIA,
Ruzsi
