How to reduce the dhcpd executable much smaller??

I believe most of the people on this list are *users* of ISC DHCP, and
as such we aren't really qualified to answer your questions. I'm afraid
you'll have to inspect the code yourself.

If you're willing to *pay*, ISC offers support contracts for ISC DHCP
as far as I know.
