Hello,
I have isc dhcp server installed in my CENT OS.
I took the sample dhcpd.conf for IPV6 and just replaced ipv6-address by
ip-address and tftp, time server address to ipv4 addresses
with option option-66 code 66 = text
option option-67 code 67 = text and
option tftp-server "10.10.10.10"
option boot-file "basic.bin"
My docsis 2.0 modem came online
but docsis 3.0 modem stuck in dhcp(o)
I could see that DHCP OFFER has tftp server name as 0.0.0.0 and boot file
field is blank.
Have anyone tried configuring dhcp server in linux for ipv4 docsis 3.0
modems?
Please give your suggestions.
Regards,
kmholla
