option 125 encoding

Dears,

I need to include option 125 in the DHCP-Offer in some cases. I've 
managed to do as shown below:

   option vivso
     00:00:11:8b:06:
      02:04:
       0a:00:00:01;

Or in comments:

option 125
     cable labs with length 6
        option 2 with length 4 (TFTP server)
           10.0.0.1

Question: how do i do this with option space syntax?
I do not get the included example on this in "man dhcp-options"

I do know how to specify an encapsulated option like option-43.
