Start by adding something like this to your dhcpd.conf:
log(info, concat(pick-first-value(binary-to-ascii(10, 8, ".", leased-address), ""), binary-to-ascii(16, 8, ":", option agent.remote-id)));

From there, you can get an idea what the data looks like for you. The
actual information in option 82 is vendor-specific.
