Need help with Avaya IP phones

OK, we need to take a step back and look at your network. How is the
server connected to the VLANs ? How are the phones connected ? Are
you sure the phones re actually in the right VLAN ?
If the server is offering a 192.168.1.x address then it believes the
phone is in the 192.168.1.0 network.
