Failover question on the address pool

Dear All,

I've setup a pair of DHCP server in fail-over mode with 20 IP addresses in the pool. This pool split 10/10 address for each server by default. I'd like to know is there any way to serve all 20 addresses if one of the server down? Thanks in advise.
