dhclient -6 and router advertisement M/O bits

I've found that when the flags are set appropriately, the booting OS (in this case, Linux) processes them and starts the DHCP client automagically.  I don't know about Linux, but Solaris, HP-UX and Windows seem to respond appropriately.  -Brett
