dhcp-4.2.0-P2 overwrite existing dhcpd.conf

Hi All,

This may have been always the case. It would be nice if dhcp could
either rename the existing dhcpd.conf or not install the default
dhcpd.conf if there is already one.

My command list
cd dhcp-4.2.0-P2
./configure --sysconfdir=/etc
make
su -
cd dhcp-4.2.0-P2
make install

This overwrite my existing /etc/dhcpd.conf file with the default dhcpd.conf
