Documentation-only feature request

Hello.

I'ld like to request that an apparent accident of implementation, which
is actually useful, be declared a feature and documented, in order both
to make it more widely known and to protect it from inadvertent future
change.

It happens that, in logging DHCPACK messages to syslog, ISC dhcpd
uses different formats for the log message, which happen to reflect
accurately which kind of incoming request was being processed:
DHCPREQUEST ("DHCPACK on") or DHCPINFORM ("DHCPACK to").  This
difference, if it can be depended on, can be very useful for log-file
analysis code.
