dhcpd 4.1.0p1 fails to start at bootup / starts manually

The network services were starting before dhcpd was trying to start. I got it working by essentially starting over... reinstalled the Fedora and used the GUI interface to set the DHCP options. Works great. All I can figure is that I had something stupid (not sure what) configured in the original installation. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.

It looks like your DHCP daemon is coming up before your networking
services to me. I've had problems like that on RedHat and Fedora
machines. Check your startup scripts in /etc/rc3.d and /etc/rc5.d .
