There are some issues we've run into lately with DHCP replies being
silently discarded if you have Cisco IP phones in-line with workstations
on certain versions of phone code and certain versions of switch code,
and various features enabled.  Might that apply to you?  Cisco bugid
CSCsz48108.  It took us about 5 months to track it down...
