DDNS with dhcpd -6

are these static or dynamic leases?  it just ocurred to me that we may
not have remembered to put in a check for update-static in v6...

if you're dual stack for v4 and v6 right now, you may also be coming
up against problems with our simulated-DHCID TXT record.  but then
you should see it trying to perform updates, and failing.
