Can you Force DDNS names to Lower Case? One More Question

I thought I was correctly using the lcase function but it
appears not to be the case (pun intended.)

	I have
set dhcpd-host-name = lcase(host-name);
set client_id = lcase(option host-name);

	This is a global scope but I still see capital letters
in many of the dynamic host names.  This is not a show stopper,
but why have I not forced everything to lower case?
