This is where you need a NAC (Network Access Control Solution). There are several good vendors with different approaches. You can redirect at the router, layer2 arp, or to different vlans at the ap or edge switch. The infrastructure required to implement each varies and you might be better served to review the list archives and check Wikipedia to get started.
