Build

Dear All,
   I'm sorry to interrupt you. To achieve special need, I want to use OMAPI to programming, my programming environment is NetBeans IDE 6.5.1. My questions is following:
   1. How to build? 
   2. My version of ISC DHCP is 4.0.2b3, is it include OMAPI? If not,I will download it.
