Where should DHCPNAK be sent to as lease expiration notice when Relay Agent Info option is in use?

I'm not sure how you would come to this conclusion after reading RFC
2131.

If you find that dhcp-users@ is more responsive, then that's fine, but
I would prefer that you try to ask questions like these either on the
IETF's DHC WG mailing list (possibly after reading IETF DHCP standards
documents) [1] or on dhcp-hackers@ [2], both lists are geared and
topical for generic questions about implementing the DHCP protocol,
whereas dhcp-users@ is really best served with specific questions
about using the ISC DHCP software implementation.

Like I said, if you find those channels unhelpful, and dhcp-users@ can
help, that's great, but I'd appreciate it if you could try those
channels first.
