ISC DHCP 3.1.2b1 is now available!

Does this include the patch discussed on 8/19/08 regarding router 
address distribution:

You suspect correctly, we have a fix committed for 3.1.2.




I didn't see in the release notes on the web if it did.  I did not 
download the source and see if there were more details there.
