SV: two tftp server

Creating a HA environment for tftp, you probably should look at SLB or similar. SLB is for example available in Cisco 6500 IOS and will create a true HA environment.

DNS round-robin will need a manual intervention when one server is down, otherwise every second request will fail.

Assuming DNS is working correctly on the client (not always a given
considering what tftp is used for), you could also use a Multiple A
record (round robin DNS) to point your hosts at a list of servers.
