If the dhclient use a script to update resolv.conf, then, I think you can define a new option in your dhcp server that will contain the ipv6 address of your dns server, and at your client side, you can modify the script that update the resolv.conf to also pickup the ipv6 address and write it to your resolv.conf. 

I'm sorry if this idea is not right, its just a thought. :)
