There is one case that I know of where this can be done.  In DOCSIS we
specified the ability to send CCC options care of DHCPv6 to enable
PacketCable 1.x devices.  If you recall DHCPv4 CCC sub-option 1 and
sub-option 2 are IPv4 addresses of DHCP servers used by PacketCable 1.x MTAs
to facilitate provisioning.

We need to be able to send this information to an IPv6 cable modem care of
DHCPv6.
