How can I "free up" a lease

Gideon,
  Try to write out the ip in the range statements.

  example you want to remove .13

 range x.x.x.2 x.x.x.12
 range x.x.x.14. x.x.x.254


Because the dhcp client had the ip before it will ask for it again, the
server will see that it is free and gladly offer it to the client
