Biggest installation of ISC DHCP?

Dear Folks,

I'd like to ask if there are any installations of ISC DHCP bigger than
ours.  We have:
2,239,396 distinct addresses for PCs;
up to about 90% of these are allocated.
For each address allocated for a PC, there is a cable modem address
allocated.
Is anyone aware of a bigger ISC DHCP installation anywhere?  I have
been told that we may have the biggest installation in the world, but
would like to know if there are others bigger.
