GUI for ISC?

Um, I have a project over on sourceforge that is web based and has the
following features:

Admin/User level access
Logging
Auto-backup
Import of CSV for static hosts
PXE boot options w/ static host groups
Multiple VLAN/Subnets
Static vs. dynamic per VLAN/Subnet
Global configuration options

Requirements are a webserver (apache, no IIS), MySQL and PHP.
