dhcp config for 200 users via single file

Maybe you should take a look at : http://netreg.sourceforge.net/ [http://netreg.sourceforge.net/]
This is an registration system for the ISC DHCP server wich seems to do
what you want.
You can manually edit the mac addresses in the config file yourself or
let the system catch/snoop them via web.
