All new feature development is going into 4.1.x now. (4.1.0a1 was released
a few weeks ago.)

3.1.x will continue to have regular maintenance releases--i.e., fixing
bugs, but not introducing new features. 3.1.1b1 should be released
within the next day or two, in fact.

3.0.x has almost reached end-of-life. I expect there will be a 3.0.7 some
time this year; after that, we'll put out security patches as needed, but
no new releases.
