Yes. Here's an example of server dhcpd.conf:

host chopper {
  hardware ethernet 00:10:5a:83:e3:0e;
  fixed-address chopper.example.com.au;
  # this is needed for Solaris 8 to get the hostname
  option host-name "chopper";
}
