Proxy by dhcpd that don't work ?

Hi

i have put:

authoritative;
ddns-update-style none;
default-lease-time 3600;
max-lease-time 86400;
option wpad-url code 252 = text;

subnet 10.1.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {

       option domain-name-servers 10.1.1.254;

and in proxy.dat:

and i don't understand, that's don't work  ! the computer get the IP but
the proxy don't change and  i don't see into logs a http access to wpad.neXX

where is my error ?
