Convert MS DHCP config to real DHCP?

I've been poking at the ISC site but can't find any links.  Surely someone 
has a script to take MS DHCP config files and spit out a functionally 
identical ISC config?

If it matters, and it probably does, the MS DHCP is the default on W2k3 
("R2 Standard Ed, SP1) and the ISC install is v3.0.5 (RHEL 5.2 bastardized 
- dhcp-3.0.5-13.el5).
