I'm getting a lot of duplicated messages on the list, it appears to
be the list manager that's at fault.

Taking two messages :

>Received: from webster.isc.org (localhost [IPv6:::1])
>	by webster.isc.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 3CEC310E529;
>	Thu, 11 Dec 2008 20:41:42 +0000 (UTC)

>X-Original-To: dhcp-users at webster.isc.org
>Delivered-To: dhcp-users at webster.isc.org
>Received: from mx.isc.org (mx.isc.org [IPv6:2001:4f8:0:2::1c])
>	(using TLSv1 with cipher DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA (256/256 bits))

The message Id is the same before webster, but then the message gets
duplicated with different id's.
