ISC DHCPv6 Relay Agent

So here is another perhaps better usage example of the ISC DHCPv6 Relay
Agent.  Is this scenario I have a dual stack linux host where the relay
agent is installed and running:
./dhcrelay -I -l eth1 -u eth0

eth0 is the server link, eth1 is the client link

Upon starting the ISC DHCPv6 client I see the following log messages:

Dec  8 23:09:32 krakow dhcrelay: Relaying Solicit from
fe80::260:8ff:fed1:d51f port 546 going up.
Dec  8 23:09:32 krakow dhcrelay: send_packet6: Cannot assign requested
address

Looking at the code now to see if I can figure out what is happening, wanted
to see if anyone else is seeing this behavior.
