Isc-dhcpd v 3.0.5 and 3.1.0 incompatible?

Hi Steffen

This is from the dhcpd.conf man page, in the first paragraph in the section
titled "DHCP FAILOVER":

     If you wish
to use the failover protocol, make sure that both failover
peers are running the same version of the ISC DHCP server.

It's possible that changes are made to the failover protocol between
different versions.

-glenn
