Serving multiple subnets

Todd,

Define all the subnets, local or remote, the same way. Nothing special
is needed in dhcpd.conf as dhcpd itself decodes the gateway address and
uses that to determine which subnet the request came from. It then uses
the appropriate subnet definition.
